Originally from the bustling streets of New York City, Tara grew up surrounded by a rich tapestry of flavors, colors, and cuisines that ignited her passion for food. After years of exploring the city's iconic restaurants and experimenting with various dishes, Tara decided to bring a piece of New York to the Western Slope.
In 2022, she launched T h e N e w F o r k F o o d i e , where she offers an elevated take on classic street food, including her signature gourmet hot dogs and Gyros.
