From the beauty of Granada to the energy of Madrid, this journey was filled with history, artistry, architecture, and of course, unforgettable wine.

Along the way, we explored places like Casa de Lope Vega, Plaza Mayor, and the charming town of Laguardia, where the wine, the winding streets, and the atmosphere were simply breathtaking. We also wandered Calle de Laurel and spent time in Zaragoza, gathering inspiration at every turn.

Travel has a way of deepening appreciation—for culture, for craft, and for the traditions that shape the world of wine. We’re so glad to could bring a bit of that inspiration home to Stoney Mesa. 🍷

We are feeling optimistic! After last week's deep freeze, it appears that we made it through. There is likely some damage, but a lot less then was worried about.

Because we mechanically pre-prune, it allows us to wait until late in the season to begin the process. It helps the buds we want to keep stay dormant longer. We also rented extra water for the season hopefully allowing us to make it through the short water year...
