Tuna Casserole by Naomi Nachman
This is the ultimate throw-it-together weeknight dinner comforting, cheesy, and ready before you know it. The secret to that rich, savory depth is Tuscanini’s Mushroom Alfredo sauce, which coats every noodle in any extra chopping or simmering on your part. Layer in tender egg noodles, flaky tuna, and plenty of melty Cheddar, then finish with a crunchy panko topping for the perfect contrast in every bite. This recipe doubles easily and freezes well and is perfect for a break the fast meal.

1 Tablespoon dried minced onion
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
2 (6-ounce) cans tuna, drained
1 Jar 14.5 oz Tuscanini Mushroom Alfredo sauce
½ cup heavy cream or whole milk
1 cup panko crumbs or packaged crunchy fried onions, crushed

5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
