Good news everyone! Managed to bottle some honey yesterday! With a few new hives, supplies may be a little limited this year but we will see. Please reach out if you need honey.
Tuck and I have a wedding this weekend so we won’t be around much, but I will get it to you as soon as I can. Thanks for your continued support 🙂🐝

Just wanted to touch base with everyone. It was a rough winter and we lost a few hives over here at the farm. But after a few splits and some work on our end, the bees are back to work and doing well!
We should have honey available by the end of the month hopefully. It seems like a good nectar flow this year. I’ll update everyone when we’re getting close to honey! Thanks for your understanding 🙂🐝

Fun hive inspection today! Some of my favorite inspections are the warm winter days.
The bees have been cooped up all winter so they tend to go crazy when the weather gets warm!

Hey everyone! I am sorry to announce that we are officially completely sold out of honey until next spring.
Thank you to everyone for your continued support and I’m sorry if we were unable to catch up to get your honey for the winter.
Have a MERRY CHRISTMAS and a Happy New Year and I will see you all again next spring!!! 🎅🏼🐝🍯😎

Hey guys, just making everyone aware that we just bottled the LAST bit of honey that we had stored from this past fall.
We won’t have any more until May so if you’d like to stock up please reach out ASAP!
I did a batch of hot honey so if you’re interested in that, it is available.
Like always I will sell until we are sold out, have a merry Christmas and a happy new year!!

Will post pictures of the honey and hot honey later this evening 🙂

Last batch of honey for the SEASON is harvested!! The bees will “bee” keeping their hard earned honey (that they make for the rest of the year) to themselves to supplement them through winter!
We’ve had a great addition to the team this year in Aly, and these are the faces behind the OTHER hard work that goes into providing clean and flawless honey to everyone that supports us! Please reach out if you’d like anything, we are doing 1 lb jars, 3 lb jars, and batches of hot honey per request!
LOLLIPOPS have been a huge success, and were also making them per request. These have been used as party favors at weddings, bridal/baby showers, and birthday parties!

Remember, this stuff only goes as long as the honey is around. If we sell out of honey I can’t provide anything else until next spring!

Thank you everyone for the constant support, it means the world to us!
New labels and t shirts coming soon 👀

Wish I could’ve gotten it a little more clearer but this video shows a frame full of capped babies and fresh larva! If you look in the cells that have the white larva in them, those are babies in all different stages of life. When a queen first lays her egg it’s just a little white spec, as it gets older it gets bigger. (You can see some examples in the pictures provided)During a hive inspection I am looking at the frames and hoping to see larva in all different stages of life! You’ll see some as young as a little spec, to some that look like little worms that are ready to evolve into a worker bee! When they are just about ready, the rest of the bees will “cap” their cell (as seen in the video) and they will “hatch” when they’re ready! Then their very first job from the Queen is to clean the cell that they were just created in! When you see them in different stages of life, you know that you have a healthy queen who has a good laying pattern, and because they’re in different stages, as bees die, others will be ready to hatch and provide for the colony!
