Branch & Barrel Distilling is an unapologetically craft, authentically local distillery, specializing in bourbon & wh***ey. We use only Colorado locally sourced ingredients and love to experiment with unique barrel finishes and flavors! Our name comes from the beginnings of our wh***ey brewing career, when our first barrels were made from tree branches cut from our backyard to create the first signature flavors. Come check out eclectic cocktails in our tasting room along with our Build Your Own Old Fashioned menu! Tours and tastings at our distillery are available by appointment only. Spiced Maple Bourbon starts with our Colorado bourbon, then takes a less conventional path. Finished in barrels that previously held cinnamon wh***ey, vanilla bean extract, and maple syrup, this expression layers real ingredients into a bourbon that’s rich without losing its balance.

Warm baking spice and maple lead the way, followed by subtle vanilla and toasted oak. Pour it over ice, tuck it into a ski flask, or give a cold-weather cocktail a little more character.

You ordered bacon-infused bourbon. Because apparently bourbon wasn’t enough on its own. Maple, brown sugar, walnut, and a hint of orange come together in a rich, smoky dram worthy of total domination over the Maestro.

Branching out beyond wh***ey led us somewhere a little brighter.

Snowmelt Gin starts with a corn-based spirit and brings together juniper, tangerine, grapefruit, hibiscus, lavender, and cardamom, with the juniper intentionally dialed back to give the citrus, floral, and spice notes more room to show up.

Made with real Rocky Mountain snowmelt water, it’s fresh, balanced, approachable, and built to work just as well in a classic cocktail as something a little less expected.

Wh***ey may be where we planted our roots, but we’ve never been afraid to branch out.
