Branch & Barrel Distilling is an unapologetically craft, authentically local distillery, specializing in bourbon & whiskey. We use only Colorado locally sourced ingredients and love to experiment with unique barrel finishes and flavors! Our name comes from the beginnings of our whiskey brewing career, when our first barrels were made from tree branches cut from our backyard to create the first sig

Made with Spartans Blend Whiskey, Strega, Sweet Vermouth, Angostura, and Orange Bitters, this cocktail lands somewhere between timeless and slightly dangerous. Herbaceous, layered, bittersweet, and smooth enough to make questionable decisions sound poetic.

The dry climate causes our grains to produce more sugar than average, and also accelerates the evaporative conditions in our rackhouses. Our expressive seasonal weather and dramatic temperature swings hasten the interaction of spirit and stave, developing pronounced flavor and texture at a younger age.

These factors combine to create an exceptional foundation for aging premium spirits. We build our whiskey around that reality, creating a true local expression from start to finish. One shaped by elevation, climate, and place—distinctly Colorado.
