That's our motto this summer, and it's more than just a slogan—it's the reason we do what we do every day.

There is something special about growing food for people you know. Seeing familiar faces walk through the farm stand, watching kids grow up season after season, and knowing that the food on your table came from right here in our community.

We take pride in raising our beef, growing our vegetables, and filling our shelves with locally made and sourced products from fellow farmers, makers, and small businesses. Every purchase supports families who work hard to bring quality food to our community.

Things are growing, and we know everyone is asking...

✅ Arugula — Friday!
✅ Radishes — Friday-ish!
🍅 Tomatoes — Expected by June 10th
🥒 Cucumbers — Right behind them around June 15

🌽 Sweet Corn — August.
Yes, August.

Before you ask, we have checked on it repeatedly. We have stared at it. We have encouraged it. We may have even threatened it a little. Turns out corn doesn't care and continues to grow at corn speed.

Until then, you'll just have to survive on tomatoes, cucumbers, ice cream, and all the other good stuff we've got at the farm. 😎

🌱🥶 If anyone is looking for summer, let us know… because we we have only seen glimpses of it.

The crops are currently participating in a very slow-moving trust exercise with Mother Nature. Between the cool weather and these untimely frosts, this growing season is less “full speed ahead” and more “nervously checking the forecast every 14 minutes.”

The asparagus is confused.
The tomatoes are offended.
The farmers are fueled entirely by coffee, weather apps, and dark humor.

At this point we’re not sure if we’re farming or just repeatedly covering plants with frost blankets like anxious parents tucking in toddlers. 😅

But hang in there with us — warmer days have to come eventually… right? RIGHT?! 🌦️🌱
