Harvest is just around the corner so it is time to monitor the brix (sugar) levels of the grapes. We take grape samples throughout the vineyard and then use a refractometer which gives us the brix levels. Picpoul are at 15. Sousao are at 17.5. Tannat are at 18.5. They aren’t sweet enough yet. We will test again in a week or so. 🍇
