We harvested garlic today!!! Honestly, a little late 🫣 Some of the garlic had started to try to flower, which I’ve never seen before! It’s like little purple bulbs were growing up the stem. I’ll probably dehydrate those for garlic powder. Everything is strung up to dry out for now, though! It’s all Transylvania or German garlic from 🧄
