🌾 G&B Farm Stand Weekend Update! 🌾

Bread is in the oven, and we’re getting ready for one last weekend at the stand before potato harvest starts here! 🥔💚

🍞 This weekend’s bread lineup:
• Italian Herbs & Cheese
• Jalapeño Cheddar
• Classic Sourdough
• Artisan Loaves

Come see us Saturday & Sunday from 9 AM–8 PM at:

This will be our last regular weekend at the farm stand before potato harvest begins this week. 🥔🚜

During harvest, the stand will be closed in the mornings, but I’ll open in the afternoons and evenings whenever I’m able to. I’ll adjust the hours as I know more and will keep everyone updated with the schedule.

Pre-orders will still be open throughout harvest! ❤️ So if you need bread, baked goods, or other farm stand goodies while our hours are limited, you can still place a pre-order and we’ll work with you on pickup times.

🩵 G&B Farm Stand is OPEN again! 🐔🥚

Thank you all for giving me a little grace while I took a much-needed break last week. I really needed the time to rest, get everyone back into our school-year routines, and just get myself back on track. ❤️

The Pay What You Can Egg Stand is stocked and open again this week! 🥚✨ Eggs and all of our shelf-stable goodies are ready to go.

And for those who have been waiting… fresh sourdough bread will be back Friday–Sunday! 🍞

As always, I'm open to flavor requests and ideas for new inclusions, so if there's something you'd love to see in a loaf, let me know! Pre-orders are also welcome so you can make sure you get the flavor you're wanting.

🦆 And if you've been curious about trying duck eggs, we have those stocked in the stand too! They’re a little different from chicken eggs and definitely worth trying. 😊

Just a little update from G & B Farm Stand! 🌱🐔🥚🍞

I know it’s been quiet around here this week! With the kids starting back to school, everything has been a little chaotic, and honestly… I needed a break. 😴❤️

I’ve been completely exhausted, and between getting everyone back into a school routine and everything else life has thrown at me lately, I decided to give myself this week to slow down and breathe a little.

On top of that, I was without a working phone for a bit, so I didn’t even have a way to keep everyone updated! 🤦‍♀️😂

I’m hoping to get myself rested and back into the swing of things this weekend. Thank you all so much for your patience, understanding, and continued support of our little farm stand. It truly means more than you know. 🥹💚

I’ll keep you posted on when we’ll be back open and what we’ll have available!

🌧️ Rainy morning at G&B!

We’ve got fresh sourdough baked and ready for the weekend, but Mother Nature had other plans this morning. 😂 Since it’s already raining, I’m going to hold off on opening the stand this morning and see what the weather decides to do.

If we get a break in the rain later, I’ll get the stand opened and let you know! ❤️

🦆🥚 NEW at G & B Farm Stand!

Our Pekin hens, Daisy & Tina, are laying, which means for the first time we have fresh duck eggs available on the stand! 🤍

We'll be offering them in limited 6-packs as available, but now that both hens are laying, you can expect to see them on the stand more regularly!

If you've never tried duck eggs, they're bigger and richer than chicken eggs and SO good for baking — especially breads, cakes, brownies and cookies. 🤤

Between the colorful chicken eggs, tiny bantam eggs and now the big ol' duck eggs… our egg selection is getting pretty fun around here. 😂🥚

Keep an eye on the stand for them! 🦆🤍

🍞 Fresh Bread is Out & the Stand is Stocked! 🍞

Happy Friday! The stand is stocked and ready for the weekend!

Fresh sourdough available Friday-Sunday:
🥖 Classic Sourdough
🧄 Garlic Parmesan Sourdough
🌶️🧀 Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough
🍫 Chocolate Chip Sourdough (for the kids... or the kids at heart! 😉)

Both boules and sandwich loaves are available while supplies last.

🥚 Our Pay What You Can egg stand is stocked all week! Along with our fresh farm eggs, you'll now find:
🌈 Beautiful colorful eggs from our younger hens that have officially started laying.
🥚 Bantam (mini) eggs – perfect for snacks, lunchboxes, kids, and pickling.
🦆 Duck eggs – our Pekin girls have officially started laying! Because we only have two ducks, limited 6-packs will be available as they're gathered. Duck eggs are wonderful for baking, making cakes, cookies, and breads extra rich and fluffy.

🛒 Our shelf-stable mixes and homemade goodies are available all week, with fresh items being restocked as needed.

📢 Farm Stand Update

G & B Farm Stand will be closed this weekend (Friday-Sunday) while we tackle appointments, travel, and get all of our back-to-school shopping and supplies checked off the list. With everything going on, I just won't have the time to bake this weekend.

We'll be back open Monday with our Pay What You Can Egg Stand and other farm stand goodies available all week.

🍞 Fresh sourdough bread will be back on the stand next weekend (Friday-Sunday)!

🌿 A little Monday update from G & B Farm Stand!

Fresh bread is usually a Friday–Sunday thing around here, but I have a few extra loaves available today and tomorrow (Monday and Tuesday)!

Today's lineup:
🍞 Classic Artisan
🧄 Everything Seasoning Artisan
🌶️🧀 Jalapeño Cheddar Artisan

There are just 3 loaves on the stand today, and I'll have fresh bread available again Tuesday while supplies last.

We also had a fun milestone on the farm this week... our grow-out pullets have started laying their very first fairy eggs! 🥚 These tiny eggs are completely normal for young hens. Their bodies are still figuring out the whole egg-laying process, so some of these first eggs may even be yolkless! Before long they'll be laying beautiful full-sized eggs, which means even more farm-fresh eggs will be making their way to the stand.

Speaking of eggs... apparently the kids have discovered they're pretty delicious too and have been eating them as fast as the hens can lay them. 😅 So for now, eggs will be stocked as I gather them, until the new girls really get into the swing of laying.
