If you’re a snacker, like me - then you’re always looking for the next best thing and I think I’ve found it. These cheddar and chive crackers from Unbothered Foods - Sourdough Crackers are like a grown up version of a cheezit but with all natural ingredients and sourdough (gut friendly ) They are delicious and I’m having a hard time eating just one. They are the perfect cracker for dipping - I love them with our hot pepper and black olive spread but they are equally delicious on their own. If you’re in the area stop in - I’ll give you a taste!

She’s back…. Just for a short time so I made do a video…. Today we have Unriaco Roboso - This cow’s milk cheese made in Veneto Italy is semi-hard with a lovely taste of red fruit thanks to the wine washed rind. Aged for 12 months then submerged in Raboso red wine for several months - the flavor is gentle yet bold and fruity. Come on in and give it a try.
