This amazing smoothie is delicious and has organically grown sunflower microgreens in it for a dose of extra nutritients.

Below is an approximate recipe for 3 servings …

10 frozen Strawberries, 10 chunks of frozen pineapple, 2 cups of filtered water, a hand full of sunflower microgreens and a drizzle of honey. (for a thicker smoothie, pictured below add extra ice)
We took some smoothie out for a more liquid texture and then added ice for a thicker texture.

This was made with feta cheese, grape tomatoes and sunflower microgreens. It was seasoned and put on the cast iron pan to toast the bottom. Lastly, it was drizzled with balsamic vinegar. What a delicious version of bruschetta.
