All orders should be submitted through Aunt T's Baked Goods website – atbgnwa.com. You will be contacted as soon as possible with a quote and our availability in regards to your inquiry. Please give us 48 hours to respond. Please note that this is an inquiry - not a confirmation of your order. Your order is not scheduled until we have made contact with you and received payment. Orde
rs should be submitted and paid in full, 72 hours or before the time the order is needed. There is no guarantee that we are not fully booked for the time your order is needed - so, there is a potential for your order to be declined. If this is the case, your order will be declined prior to your payment. To ensure your order has priority, please submit it ASAP. All orders will be picked up in Centerton, AR - at the location of manufacturing. This location will be sent to you at time of submitted order. If delivery is needed, a delivery fee will apply. Any sample photos sent as reference for custom orders are just that – sample photos. They are to give us direction. However, your order will not be exactly as the photos sent, as to not copy that artist. Please allow for artistic and coloration differences. Payment Methods:
Aunt T’s Baked Good’s invoices will be aid through Square. This is secure invoice system in which your order invoices will be sent to you. Cancellation & Refund Policy:
72 hour notice required to cancel an order for 100% refund. 48 hour notice required to cancel an order for 75% refund. Any order cancelled after 48 hours will not be refunded. The retained percentage of payment withheld is for transaction fees in processing orders and ingredients ordered and prep-work done.
