The Farm at Charles Creek We are so excited to be opening this one of a kind farmhouse to others so they can experience what its like on our farm. No parties or events.

So many memories were made here and many more are to come! Access includes the goats, treehouse, firepit, wifi, 3 bed, 1 bath, & more! Purchased as a dream home by the host in 1990, the Farm at Charles Creek is perfect as a peaceful, southern farm house or just a beautiful place to stay while you visit McMinnville. The farm is just 6 miles from downtown McMinnville and 15 miles from Rock Island an

d various other outdoor attractions throughout the county. The Space:
Sit back and take in country life at the Farm at Charles Creek. Surrounded by farmland, cows, rustic barns, and a barnyard of friendly goats waiting to be spoiled. The house is three bedrooms, 1 bath, equipped with 2 queen sized beds, 1 full size bed, and 2 couches. Guests will have access to: WIFI, 2 flatscreen TV’s, washer & dryer, fully furnished kitchen with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee maker (with Keurig pods). Enjoy some time in the yard with a firepit equipped with fire wood, marshmallow roasters, lawn chairs, co****le boards, a decked back patio with patio furniture, a 10 ft tree house, and a fenced in barn yard with goats for petting and feeding all with a beautiful view of the farms rolling hills and barns. Guest Access:
Entire house, tree house, yard, firepit, barns, and fenced in goat barnyard. Enter through the back porch with a special code given prior to check in. Guest are asked to NOT go inside the cow field when cows are around. However, feel free to roam around safely within the fenced in property when the cows are spread out across other parts of the farm. Things to Know:
Please do not leave children unattended outside or in the tree house. Only feed goats feed from the little red barn by the gate and be sure to shut and lock the gate correctly if going inside the goat or cow pen. After 10:00pm, we ask that guest keep loud music and noise to a minimum. Only 4 people in the treehouse at one time. NO smoking or pets allowed inside or outside of the house. Please let us know if you have a service animal before booking so we can accommodate.

Don’t catch the chickens but DO come out to the farm on a relaxing fun trip with the family and enjoy the view!
