Liberty Hill Farm Missouri A family farm situated in west central Missouri. Although we closed our on-farm store, we still produce grass-finished South Poll beef and pastured chicken.

Our Story

Liberty Hill Farm is located approximately 40 miles east of Kansas City, MO. The farm is situated on 200+ acres in the Blackwater River bottoms just off 50 highway. We raise cows, chickens, and vegetables.

We feed the chickens non-gmo feed. They are pastured in a bottomless pen and move every day. We raise South Poll calves and grass-finish them. All of our cattle are source identifiable. They graze ground that is only grazed a maximum of 6 days per year - and are moved to new ground every day. We are into regenerative farming - that is, our farming practices are intended to regenerate the land and soil.

Our farm store, which is located right here on the farm, sells our own chicken and beef as well as being a farmers’ market of sorts. You will find Harmony Farms pork and lamb, Vain vanilla, Sugar Buzz Honey Farm honey, Mindfully Made personal care products among many other local consigners with products from handmade soaps to jewelry to knitted caps and decor items. If you are looking to shop LOCAL and support your local farmers THIS is the place!!
