My husband and I do all the planting, caring, and harvesting ourselves...with sporadic help from our son. Salt of the Earth Produce is a new business adventure for my husband and myself. A few years ago my husband, Clark, shared with me his love for growing healthy produce for our family. It's become a love of both of ours. We thought we'd try opening our garden to the surrounding area, and share our love for wholesome and healthy produce. I will be posting hours for the summer soon. We can't wait to meet you at the garden!

Two weeks not in the garden was great for the peppers, not so much for the tomatoes. Lol.

No tomatoes right now, but there's lots of green ones. I'll let you know when they are back. In the meantime, peppers, squash, and onions are here! I also grabbed a couple eggplants this morning.

Well be here today and tomorrow. By appointment this week, and will be closed all weekend Labor Day weekend.

I'm back to work, and the garden is slowing down! From now until the middle of September (when pumpkins start coming on) we will be "by order, by appointment only." Let me know what you want. I'll prepare your order and set up a pick-up time.

Squash (spaghetti, butternut, acorn) $2 each
Onion (red and sweet yellow) $1 each
Bell peppers $0.50 each
Jalapeños 5 for $1 or 13 for $2
Zuchinni (very limited) $1 each
Tomatoes (limited now. More in a week) $1 each

Throw back picture! Ha! I'm headed back to my job tomorrow!!! Remember, we've got this awesome special going through the end of this week. Fill a Walmart- sized bag for $5. Fill a 5 gallon bucket for $10.

I'll be honest, with school starting, I've not been great about posting... or even being in the garden. What do we have available? TOMATOES! We also likely have bell peppers and jalapeños. We MAY have a few cucumbers. This week is by appointment only. It will have to be in the evenings, or you can place your order, and I'll have it ready for you to pick up during the day.

We also have spaghetti, butternut, and acorn squash. Those are not included in the special. They are $2 each.

I'm back to school in a week, which means less time for the garden. I'm running a back to school special for the next two weeks!!

Fill a plastic bag (Walmart bag size) for $5. Fill a 5 gallon bucket. Pay $10. Squashes are excluded.

*Brussel sprouts DONE FOR SEASON
*Cucumber plants are about done!
