We live in a society that basis many decisions on the reviews they read. Reviews are definitely helpful and when they are honest, they can help you make an informed decision.

Did you know that you can leave a Google review for Country Roads Meat Market ? According to our online marketing team, a review helps a business to be seen quicker when someone is searching the internet. I would never have known that because I am not the least bit educated in social media and the internet. I know enough to be dangerous, BUT one thing I know for sure, we do get phone calls, FB & email messages from people who read a review, saw a FB post, or found our business searching Google, Yelp, or whatever other search methods are out there.

Update from your favorite Hattie Nick's Family!

Starting November 2nd we will be open the following hours:

Mon - 6am-2pm 5-8pm
Tues - 6am-2pm
Wed - 6am-2pm
Thur - 6am-2pm 5-8pm
Fri - 6am-2pm 5-9pm
Sat - 6am-2pm 5-9pm
Sun - CLOSED

We've thought long and hard about this and want to have total transparity with our customers!

With our current staff and the amount of prep work that goes in, we will be closed between 2 and 5 the nights we're open for supper to allow us to reset and be ready to provide the best service for you! We do have a goal of eventually opening more hours, but we ask for grace as we learn to rearrange these ducks and get them all lined up before we do any kind of extension!

Updated menu?
Kind of... We will be keeping our current lunch menu as our supper menu, with maybe an additional item coming available ... 👀

Evening specials?
We have a few ideas... we'll see what the first few weeks look like!

Alcohol?
No. We will not be serving alcohol or liquor of any kind.

Steaks?
Nope. Unless we're running a steak sandwich special.

Open Sundays?
Nope. We all need some kind of day off.

SURPRISE! I walked in and saw myself as a Ground Beef Sculpture! Apparently the girls tell me my signature phrase is "What?". "WHAT" would I do without these girls? So, How do you all think Zaylie did? I know there was a lot of giggling going on out there this morning!🤣

Did you know... the girls up front can answer almost any question and they are GREAT at taking cutting instructions and tackling any problem. I do NOT know what I would do without them (even though they made me into a ground beef sculpture today 😁).

Heesch Family Farms from Seymour is our beef in the case today! This is some VERY nice beef and it is Locally raised and Processed right here, Fresh THIS MORNING!
