It was a busy day at the cafe today but I still managed to knock out some Hot Cocoa cookies! These are a devilā€™s food cookie topped with a marshmallow whipped cream frosting, a hot cocoa Hersheyā€™s Kiss, and either chopped soft peppermint or hot cocoa mix. šŸ˜

I start by baking a giant pan of fudgy brownies, then take my signature cookie dough, add in too-many chocolate chips, and STUF it with one of those gooey brownies. Why choose a cookie or a brownie when you can have both?!

I posted in my stories, but Ericā€™s Pretzels will have Cheesecake Stuft Strawberry, Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Snickerdoodle, Brownie Stuft Chocolate Chip, and bless if they hold up okay, Cheesecake Stuft Pumpkin Snickerdoodle cookies this week inside Dots Market in Centerville on Alex Road!
I had THE WORST TIME working with the pumpkin cheesecake cookies and Iā€™m worried they didnā€™t/wonā€™t set up but I wonā€™t know until they cool, and I wonā€™t be around for that tonight in the bakery. Say a lil prayer! They look awesome.. and are HUGE!
