Hobert Farms

Hobert Farms It is the most beautiful place in Hickman County! Mr. "Hobert" and Mrs. Katie (McFarlin) Gossett purchased the land in the early 1930's.

He found the land while he was employed by the Wrigley Plant. He operated a dinky cart between the plant and Johnson Mines. The home and barn was built out of the trees from the property. Thence the name - Hobert Farms. The fourth generation of Gossetts is proudly continuing the farm operations.
