AMGC is excited to welcome applicants for our Youth Leadership Program, including Regional Youth Directors and Youth Ambassadors (Board Members).

Youth Leadership – Regional Youth Directors (3)
East • Mid-America • West
Our highest youth leadership roles. Directors represent their region, mentor youth, coordinate exhibitors, lead communication, assist at shows, report to Adult Youth Leadership, and uphold all Youth Ambassador responsibilities.

Youth Board Members (Ambassadors)
Events • Education • Social Media • Mentorship • Showmanship
Board Members support youth exhibitors, assist with clinics and virtual events, help create youth content, participate in meetings, and assist with show set up/tear down.

General Youth Members
All paid youth members.

All youth must be paid AMGC & MGR members in good standing.
Apply now through November 1st. This term will be served January 1st through December 31s, 2027. If a youth turns 19 during their term; they are permitted to retain their role through the end of the term.
