ELBF White Cheddar 🤍 this one was made with my own culture made from our girls goats milk. I did pull it from the ager a little early, I had to taste it. Very nice mild cheddar!

Beautiful Goat’s Milk Gouda 🤍🖤 It’s good, will make more wheels and age longer than two months next time though!

Rest In Peace Beautiful Kislev 😞 .. losing one of them is like losing a part of my family… she just made 6 months old, she was absolutely gorgeous, had the best personality and loved attention from me. I’m devastated right now, heart broken 💔….
We came out for morning chores this morning and as I was getting things ready for milking, I heard the Farmer and I knew something was wrong… he found her with her head stuck in the separation part of the hay rack between the doe yard and kid yard and gone. 😭 she was perfect in every way and this was a hard hit… yes I want to just throw my hands up and quit. Yes I want to never have to deal with death ever again.. it’s just not fair… YET WILL I PRAISE HE WHO CREATED ME!!! If they all were taken from me, I WILL STILL PRAISE HIM!! I mean that with every ounce of my being! If you don’t own goats and are thinking about owning them, DON’T! They make you fall in love and stress you out all the time, they look for reasons to unalive themselves…

The cake is made with our girls cream cheese (made with my own culture from their milk), our farm fresh eggs, homemade vanilla extract, raw cane sugar, Baja gold mineral sea salt!

Talk about absolutely delicious 🤤

Yet another addition… we should just let the girl goats hang out inside the house… they are getting closer and closer 😂 no really, our herd is growing and Yehovah is blessing it.. 🙌🏽
The Farmer is actually making part of the back yard the milking does yard. There it will be easier to bring in and milk AND we can give a little extras to them without everyone getting it. This will also give ALOT more room for them all. Who needs back yard right? 😂 honestly there is no part of this farm that there isn’t an animal occupying it and that’s alright with me.
