🍪🔥 Thick & Gooey NYC S’mores Cookies 🔥🍪
Ingredients:
For the cookies:
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup dark chocolate chunks
½ cup mini marshmallows
½ cup crushed graham crackers
Directions:
1️⃣ Cream the butter & sugars – In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
2️⃣ Add eggs & vanilla – Mix in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
3️⃣ Combine dry ingredients – In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
4️⃣ Fold in the goodies – Gently stir in the chocolate chips, chocolate chunks, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers.
5️⃣ Chill the dough – Cover and refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes (or up to 24 hours) for the best texture and flavor.
6️⃣ Bake – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop large dough balls (about ¼ cup each) onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Leave space between them as they spread.
7️⃣ Bake for 10-12 minutes – The edges should be golden, and the centers slightly soft. Let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
