Final day for Mercado by OX at the Southwest Washington Fair.

Located in the Commercial Vendors Building, across from the big red Main Hall, by the Indoor Dining Hall.

Today is the last day for Fair-only products. This Spanish market returns to Bodega by OX tonight.

On the table:

Hacienda Guzman olive oil — single estate from Seville.
Pimenton de la Vera DOP — oak-smoked.

Manchego DOP 12-month and other small-producer cheeses.

Albo conservas from Cantabria.

Torres chips, Carmencita paella kits, and fresh bread from The May Flour.

Each basket is built as a Spanish pantry starter at the table.

Bodega by OX is a Wine, Tapas & Vermouth Lounge on Tower Avenue in Centralia. OX Centralia provides catering and events, with tastings held at Bodega.

We are at the Southwest Washington Fair this week with Mercado by OX.

Find us in the Commercial Vendors Building, ACROSS from the big red Main Hall / Grandstand, right by the Indoor Dining Hall. If you see the Ferris wheel, you are close.

We brought our Spanish market to the Fair. Everything you see in this video is for sale to take home for your pantry.

Spanish cheeses, cured meats by the tray, Hacienda Guzman olive oils, PX sherry vinegar, Pimenton de la Vera DOP, Carmencita paella kits, olives, Torres chips, Albo conservas, and fresh artisan bread daily from The May Flour.

Most popular this week: custom gift baskets. We build them at the booth while you shop. Great for host gifts or to stock your own kitchen.

OX Centralia joins our community in mourning the passing of Pastor Cole Meckle and honoring a life marked by faith, courage, service, and compassion.

We knew Cole only briefly, but our conversations about Centralia, business, ministry, culture, community needs, and kindness left a profound impact on our family and on the mission of OX Centralia.

In every interaction, Cole showed wisdom, strength, leadership, courage, and grace. He was willing to confront difficult issues surrounding homelessness, addiction, poverty, and community responsibility—not with easy answers, but with compassion and practical action.

We moved to Centralia in 2023 aware of both its opportunities and its challenges. Cole helped us better understand the responsibility of participating in the growth of a city while continuing to stand beside those most in need.

We barely knew you, Cole, but your example will remain part of our family’s values, our advocacy, and the work we hope to do in this community.

Our hearts are with Kat, their children, the Gather Church family, and everyone whose life Cole touched.
