Muffin the Farm Cat was ready to come along to the Centre County Grange Fair, but sadly we had to leave him at home. It’s your last day to sample Effie’s Kitchen homemade Greek specialties. Come and get some spanakopita, pastitsio, Greek salad, stuffed grape leaves, Mediterranean snack box, heirloom Caprese salad, confetti 3-bean salad, and our fair-famous spinach feta orzo salad! Made with freshly harvested produce from our farm.

Effie’s Kitchen is open for business at the Centre County Grange Fair! Come get your Greek goodies. I’ll post the menu later today. Fave features are Spanakopita, Spinach Feta Orzo Salad, Greek Village Salad, Mediterranean Snack Box, and of course Baklava!

Find us at Building 45 on Pomona Street. Look for the big Greek Food flag on the roof. Message me if you can’t find us. I’ll send a link to the fair map when I get a chance.

Have you made it to the 150th Great Grange Fair yet? Today is a great day for our boomer friends to visit - age 62+ get in free! Effie’s Kitchen is up and running serving your traditional Greek favorites and some new menu items. We will be here in Pomona Street (Building 45) today through Saturday, 11:00 am - 8:30 pm.) Look for the giant “GREEK FOOD” banner!
