With hearts full of gratitude, we are announcing after nearly a decade of great business, The Local is officially closing the doors. Our last day of business will be Sat. Jan. 13th, 2024.
What a journey it has been. We opened in 2014 with not much more than a shoestring budget, a hope and a prayer, and zero knowledge of the industry. Because of all of YOU- we somehow not only survived, but The Local thrived. Through constant evolutions and many ups and downs over the years our incredible patrons and staff have supported us through it all. There are no words big enough to say how thankful we are to every one of you who stopped in for a meal, a drink, a celebration, a trivia Tuesday, a karaoke Friday, or picked up a pizza for family dinner over the years. To those of you who put our sign in your front lawn, who hosted special events with us, who played in our corn hole tournaments. From Covered Bridge Days craziness to Oberon midnight release parties. Comedy shows with standing room only and absolutely wild nights of live music and dancing. To those who trusted us for your kids very first job, and to those who gave us years of service and dedication. Thank you for letting us learn and grow in this community, we could not have done it without YOU. THANK YOU.
FINAL DAYS SPECIALS: Wednesday 1/10, Thursday 1/11, Friday 1/12 and Saturday 1/13. All beer, wine and cocktails will be HALF OFF. We will continue serving food until we run out!
LAST DAY: Saturday, January 13th. Come join us for one last drink up at the old bar. We would love to see you.
