Sparrow Lane was founded in 1998 as a result of the increasing demand for more flavor and quality options by the chefs in the Napa Valley. This is where we started our tradition of acquiring only the finest wines available from the world class growing regions in the Napa Sonoma region then hand crafting and aging our vinegars in oak cooperage using the traditional Orleans method.Over the next deca

de we were privileged to build a loyal customer base built on a growing portfolio of superior all natural vinegar products. By 2008 demand had exceeded our ability to supply a quality product and we moved our production to Ceres, California.The new facility provides us the flexibility to not only maintain our commitment to hand crafting the finest vinegars possible but to expand our product line as well. We now work directly with a specialty producer in Modena Italy to provide us with fine imported aged Balsamic Vinegar.
