Sparrow Lane, artisan vinegars and olive oils When every ingredient matters... Our original manufacturing facility was located in Angwin California, in the heart of the Napa Valley.

Sparrow Lane was founded in 1998 as a result of the increasing demand for more flavor and quality options by the chefs in the Napa Valley. This is where we started our tradition of acquiring only the finest wines available from the world class growing regions in the Napa Sonoma region then hand crafting and aging our vinegars in oak cooperage using the traditional Orleans method.Over the next decade we were privileged to build a loyal customer base built on a growing portfolio of superior all natural vinegar products. By 2008 demand had exceeded our ability to supply a quality product and we moved our production to Ceres, California. The new facility provides us the flexibility to not only maintain our commitment to hand crafting the finest vinegars possible but to expand our product line as well. We now work directly with a specialty producer in Modena Italy to provide us with fine imported aged Balsamic Vinegar. In addition, we have introduced several flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oils.At Sparrow Lane our steadfast commitment to quality has earned us an award winning product line that continues to set the standard for quality and flavor in wine vinegarsFood service professionals, discerning home cooks, and fine dining establishments have decided that” when every ingredient matters” Sparrow Lane is the obvious choice!
