This Reserve Tasting is an intimate guided experience featuring five w**es and four seasonal food pairings designed to bring out the best in every sip and bite 🍷

Start your tasting with a glass of 2025 Sparkling White. The menu includes:
🍎 White Horse at Chaddsford Barrel Fermented Chardonnay with Noble Brie & apple butter
🍄 Harbinger with mushroom tart
🧀 White Horse at Chaddsford Reserve Cabernet Franc with fig & thyme cracker and clothbound cheddar
🍫 Spiced Apple with Éclat milk chocolate caramel

Our W**e Educators will guide you through each pairing while sharing more about the w**es, the w**emaking process, and the art of pairing food and w**e 💞
