Jacob has been making maple syrup since 2001. At age 16, Jacob took what he learned from helping his dad and began crafting maple syrup the way he believed it should be. After years of experimenting in small batches and learning through constant research and testing, he produced a product and started Jacob’s Maple so he could share with his neighbors and friends. Jacob’s Maple has spread mostly through word of mouth due to the quality of the product and the integrity continually shown. Production has significantly increased to about 1500 gallons a season.

Now happily married, he and his wife, Christina, have teamed up to spread the real goodness of maple to more people in more ways. They take great pride in producing high quality syrup for your enjoyment. They value healthy living and feel that maple syrup is an excellent natural and nutritious sweetener that can be provided to those who also strive towards better living!
