Oktoberfest is a traditional Germanic Märzen lager with a New Trail spin, created in celebration of the coming change in seasons. With medium body and color, this lager is sure to bring a complex malt character and crisp finish.

Brewed here in the Centre of PA, White Out is a very LOUD Hazy DIPA brewed with oats and rye malts. Deafeningly hopped with Simcoe, Citra, & Talus. Packed In with orange citrus character up-front, followed by tropical Passionfruit, and finishing with Victoriously dank resin. Getting festive with Forest & Main!

☆Festbier

This one is really a perfect fall lager, brewed with a double decoction of German Pilsner and Munich malts, hopped with delicious bags of Hallertau Select hops, and fermented slow and cold with our lager yeast. It pours a rich honey color with notes of that classic Munich toast, fresh apple strudel, ethereal spaetzle water, a bit of lemongrass tea, and a rich maltiness that paradoxically finishes dry.
ABV: 6%

🍺 Fat Head’s Spooky Tooth — rich, creamy pumpkin ale with sweet malt, pie crust, brown sugar, and just the right amount of spice. Basically, Halloween in a glass.

🖤 Southern Tier Nitro Warlock — a dark and mysterious Imperial Pumpkin Stout with a smooth, velvety nitro pour. This one definitely looks like it was brewed by a witch.

🍎 Blake’s Salted Caramel Apple — crisp, tart apple meets smooth caramel and a hint of salt. Sweet, cozy, and made for sweater weather.

🍺 Best Day Oktoberfest — smooth amber Festbier with toasted bread, light caramel, and a crisp, clean finish. Perfect for the spooky season without the alcohol.

☆Trooper Red 'N' Black Porter

The beer, designed once again by IRON MAIDEN vocalist and ale aficionado Bruce Dickinson along with Robinsons’ Head Brewer Martyn Weeks, takes its inspiration from a very early Robinsons recipe which was first brewed in the 1850’s; a time when porter style beer was becoming increasingly popular in Britain.

Bruce Dickinson explains: “I like tasting outside the box. Stouts and porters were virgin territory for me so I just went by feel. Martyn and I hope we have created a new take on a classic beer and one which I hope will tickle the taste buds of ale fans in a pleasantly unexpected way.”

At 6.8% in bottle or 5.8% ABV in cask, TROOPER Red ‘N’ Black is the strongest beer in the range to date.

☆Blood Orange

Made by hand with raw local Pennsylvania honey. Lightly filtered for full flavor. There’s a beautiful subtleness about blood oranges that separates them from their more popular orange orange cousins. The deep red of the juice, the less sweet but more complex flavor of the fruit, and the beautiful multi-color look of the fruit itself captivates the mind and the palate. We use only freshly zested and juiced blood oranges to make this delicious mead that will absolutely keep you coming back for more.
ABV: 12%

☆Ginger Lavender

Made by hand with raw local Pennsylvania honey. Lightly filtered for full flavor. The sweet floral taste of lavender blends perfectly with the spicy zest of fresh ginger root. We only use dried lavender flowers and real fresh ginger root to make this very unique but super inviting blend that will add a different perspective to your evening drinking pleasures.
