I searched several markets for fresh bean sprouts this week and, unfortunately, the quality just wasn’t up to our standards. So this week’s Pad Thai will be without bean sprouts, but don’t worry, it will still be delicious!

And in even better news: WE BROKE ANOTHER RECORD! 🎉 This was our highest sales week EVER!

🥗 Salads: Add chicken or shrimp for extra protein
🌯 Turkey Pesto: Omit the meat for a vegetarian option
🍜 Shrimp Pad Thai: Sub chicken instead
🍝 Pasta: Gluten-free pasta available
