Dawe Delectable fans... after a short hiatus from my cake-making hobby... I'm happy to announce that I'm back on the saddle again. Cheerleading is over Jan. 31 so if you need a cake after that date... I'm game! :-) Hope to hear from you soon.

PS: I'm sorry but cakes for Valentine's Day (Feb. 14) is not a possibility but if you need one for the weekend after (Feb 15, 16, 17), I'd love to be there for you!

Off the subject of cake... if you have a child between the ages of 5 and 14, the Scotland Broncos Youth Football and Cheerleading League has one final registration date THIS Wednesday, June 25 from 6:30-8pm at the Scotland Community Center. Visit the website for more information and what to bring with you!

I coach the Mid-Varsity girls cheerleading (ages 9-10) with a good friend of mine! It's like a second family so if you know anyone who may be interested, send them our way! For those unaware... the Norland Pub has opened a second location where the old Edith's Pizza used to be on Route 11! It's a dine-in/take out establishment with the same great Pub food (Delivery coming soon!! YAY). Head in for lunch or dinner and check it out!!

At the Norland Pub this week... my newest creation!! Smooth and creamy cheesecake with graham cracker crumbs sandwiched between two layers of Red Velvet cake and covered with cream cheese icing! Mmmm, you'll have to stop at the pub and try a slice! (Also... by popular demand... there is also a chocolate with peanut butter cake this week too!)
