Black Labz Homebrewing

Black Labz Homebrewing This page is dedicate to sharing my hobby of making beer. I love making beer! After living in Colorado for 4 years, I became a 'Beer Snob'.

No longer were the production brews satisfying, and I made the switch to craft beers and drinking local creations. I traveled around the country with my job, and sampled many great (and some not so great) beers. I made my first batch of beer in November 2012, and I have not looked back! I love sharing my creations with my family and friends, and continue to learn as I do!

Pumpkin Ale has been moved over to secondary fermentation. It has a great pumpkin and spice aroma right now, so I'm hoping it is stronger than last year's attempt...which tasted more like an October Fest. We will know in 6 weeks! Another brew going in the pot, hopefully on Tuesday evening!

First pour if my Imperial Ale, 8.9%. Light hoppy flavor, without the strong alcohol taste of some Imperial style beers.
