You know that it's hot outside when I don't want to cook dinner on my 270GS but I do anyhow 99° today without the heat index. Some hot sausages with broccoli and cauliflower. I added some cheese sauce as a last minute decision.

I'm grateful for the opportunity to cater the monthly technician trainings for NAPA Auto Parts - Automotive Of York On the menu tonight was a 20lb Eby's Meats LLC smoked ham, 10lbs of smoked loaded mashed potatoes, pulled pork and Macaroni and cheese. I'm looking forward to making cajun turkey for next months training.

Kyle decided to step out of his comfort zone and try to make some authentic Mexican birria today. And let me tell you…he did NOT disappoint. The flavor of this was beyond words. this is by far probably his best creation yet. The chuck roast was smoked for 2 hours before it was added into his concoction and can I just say WOW! This very well might be added to our menu!
