With the World Cup kicking off this Thursday, Spencer is taking us on a cocktail journey around the globe! 🌎⚽ Each week we’ll feature a cocktail inspired by a different country participating in the tournament, and we’re starting right here in the USA with a true American classic, the Sazerac!

🇺🇸 Sazerac Recipe:
• 2 oz Rye Whiskey
• 1 Sugar Cube
• Splash of Water
• 3 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
• Absinthe Rinse

Muddle the sugar cube with water and bitters, add rye whiskey and ice, then stir until chilled. Rinse a rocks glass with absinthe, strain the cocktail into the glass, and finish with a dehydrated lemon.
