❤️ A Little Love Goes Into Everything We Make ❤️

Sometimes the best things at SanaView happen completely by accident.

Janet, one of our owners, was watching Eliza who is our head pizza chef extraordinaire, stretching a beautiful ball of dough when she noticed something…

“Wait, Eliza… your pizza is starting to look like a heart!” ❤️

Janet told her a story about her Nonna in Italy. When we cooked together, she would watch her make the most wonderful food and later try to recreate it at home. She could follow the instructions, use the same ingredients and do everything she thought she had done—but somehow, it never tasted quite the same.

She finally realized there was one ingredient she could never duplicate:

Nonna's Love. ❤️

So Eliza took that little heart-shaped piece of dough and ran with it—literally pulling and shaping it into the most incredibly perfect heart.

Then came the fun part…

In and out of the wood-fired pizza oven it went, emerging as what may very well be the most beautiful Neapolitan pizza we have ever made. 🔥🍕❤️

And yes… it tasted every bit as wonderful as it looked!

At SanaView, we’re known for our fine natural w**es and our fresh, hand-tossed Neapolitan pizzas. And perhaps there really is a little romance between the two. 🍷🍕😉

But more than anything, this little moment reminded us of something we learned from our Nonna long ago:

The secret ingredient in anything made with your hands and your heart is always love. ❤️

✨ A Wedding Weekend Filled With Heart, Joy & A Little Disco Magic ✨

We were truly honored to host the wedding of Caity & Kyle—where an entire weekend felt infused with love, laughter and the unmistakable joy of two families coming together. ❤️

From the moment decorating began Friday, it was clear how much heart and soul this wonderful couple had poured into creating their celebration at SanaView Farms.

After their ceremony rehearsal on Friday, everyone gathered at our W**ery Café for a truly special Welcome Pierogi Bar Party, featuring an incredible assortment of homemade pierogies lovingly prepared by the Polish aunt of one of our own beloved team members. 🥟❤️ Add fresh drinks, live music and plenty of laughter, and it was the perfect beginning to their wedding weekend.

Then came Saturday… ✨

The ceremony in our Pine Grove was beautiful, but the bride and groom, the flowers and the reception decor were absolutely spectacular. Deep, richly colored florals and sparkling disco balls hanging from the historic barn ceiling transformed the space into something magical. 🌸🪩✨

For cocktail hour, they had us create something unique: an Heirloom Tomato Bar featuring a beautiful array of seasonal tomatoes, hard and soft cheeses, fresh basil, artisanal salts, homemade dips, fresh bread and artisan crackers. 🍅🧀🌿

Then came the feast: a ribeye carving station, roasted chicken, an assortment of risottos, asparagus and a gorgeous seasonal stone-fruit salad.

But perhaps our favorite part was something you can't put on a menu or decorate a barn with…

The smiles.

Caity, Kyle and their families brought so much warmth and happiness to our farm that our hardworking team felt it all weekend long. We worked hard—but their joy made every moment worthwhile.

Caity & Kyle, thank you for allowing us to be part of such a beautiful chapter in your lives. We will welcome you and your wonderful families back to SanaView anytime. ❤️

That response meant everything to our small family w**ery. Because behind every bottle are countless hours of work, thoughtful sourcing and our commitment to making w**e we are genuinely proud to pour. 🍷

💙✨ Alex & Mia | A Wedding Full of Easygoing Joy ✨💙

Some couples have a way of making everyone around them feel instantly at ease—and Alex and Mary Ann (Mia) are exactly that kind of couple. 💙

From the very beginning, their calm, laid-back spirit made working with them such a pleasure. They simply trusted the process, enjoyed their weekend, and let the celebration unfold naturally. And unfold beautifully it did! ✨

Their wedding decor was absolutely gorgeous, with deep blue linens and florals creating a rich, dramatic contrast against sparkling table settings and festive clear balls suspended throughout our historic barn and glass-enclosed patio. The result was elegant, joyful and completely their own. 💙✨

The celebration began Friday evening after rehearsal with fresh, hot pizzas straight from our wood-fired ovens, fine w**e and cocktails, while everyone relaxed to the sounds of live music at the W**ery Café. 🍕🍷🎶

Then came a picture-perfect wedding day, with beautiful weather, wonderful people and plenty of reasons to celebrate. ☀️🥂

Alex and Mia reminded us that sometimes the best celebrations happen when you simply slow down, enjoy the moment and let the magic unfold. ❤️
