The Out-Back Sugar Shack Our small operation is roughly 475 taps. We will do our best to keep you up to date as changes may occur. Thank you for your support and understanding.

Here at The Out-Back Sugar Shack, the entire family helps process the sweet maple sap directly from the sugar maple tree into syrup that we can all enjoy over hundreds of various meals and deserts. During February, March, and April of 2022 we will be implementing a number of changes to our policies, schedules, products, and services.
