Meal prep is DONE.
Chicken pasta salads with 100% vegetable noodles ✅
Blueberry, cantaloupe & watermelon fruit jars with Greek yogurt, chia & flax ✅
Mint 2 B Hydr8d juice for the win ✅
And yes… the fridge is giving mini wellness market vibes 😂
I grilled the chicken on the George Foreman, used sugar-free Italian dressing, and kept everything layered and ready in mason jars. The veggie pasta? Surprisingly bomb 👏🏾
Now I just need to clean the kitchen (because meal prep always leaves a trail lol).
But I’m tired and proud — here’s to a healthy, intentional week ahead 💙
