Some stuff we do
1. Sell our tanned hides
2. Sell raw milk and stuff like cheeses and frozen custard.
3. Sell high quality beef at great prices.
4. We sell by the cut so no need to buy the whole cow so to speak. 😉
We’re six miles North of Chandler almost equidistant from Agra, Chandler, Carney, and Tryon.
We’ve got a special going on some hides if you’re looking to make leather goods or throw down a rug.

Made homemade custard from our A2/A2 milk yesterday. These are the estimated nutritional content using the Lose It app and the ingredients we use.
Look at that protein content 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Switching ice cream for custard did a lot for that protein content. (These are 16 ounce servings.)

Tomorrow’ Farmer’s Market will be a clear the rack event. Although we try and keep our inventory new, we’ve got some stuff left over from 2025 and early 2026. 2025 beef is %30 off and 2026 is 25% off. Inventory includes
Filets
Briskets
Short Ribs
Picanha
Flank and Skirt Steaks
Round steaks
And more.
Aside from that we’ll also have

5 hamburger patty packages for $40 (so about 5 lbs of premade patties)
And
Primal beef at regular price

We finally got the process worked out to get our Scottish Highland cowhide's tanned. We really hate wasting anything from the animal so we wanted to make sure we were doing as much as we could with them. We're leaving the hides as thick as we can to give a nice heavy leather. These will make awesome wall hangers or rugs or you could use the leather for endless amount of projects
