Some of our specialties include breads, cookies, desserts and a full dinner menu we offer weekly. ey across Italy and its many flavors and fragrances. I want to take you with me to enjoy the experience of new tastes and the simple wisdom of old family recipes. Italy is a blessed country with majestic mountains, the Alps, and surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea on three sides: you can reach the sea from any point in less than three hours driving! It stretches essentially north to south so that it is exposed to different climate conditions, although winters and summers are only occasionally extreme in cold or heat. Italy has long been an agricultural country, where the peculiarity of the climate allows for cultivations of any kind of products from wheat to oranges! Every region has developed different agricultural products and of course the local recipes reflect this diversity. Every region, area, city you go to has its own peculiar culinary specialties: a universe of tastes! Moreover, in its history Italy has been the cradle of great empires (like the Roman’s) but it has also suffered from multiple invasions from all over the known world at that time. This mixture of natural bonanza and interaction with many different populations and cultures has left as heritage a huge number of recipes and culinary specialties, which are still now handed over as local and regional traditions. Today’s lives are so busy, most don’t have time to find the recipes and quality ingredients, much less prepare and cook a variety of foods. Allow me to help, by leveraging my inheritance of recipes, and bringing them into the modern pace of life. I am excited to share my family and traditional Italian recipes with you. I hope you will enjoy this unique taste experience and share your comments and suggestions with me.
