Announcement!!! We are NOT going to be at the Edmond Farmer's Market tomorrow. We have been a little under the weather this week but extremely busy on the farm with fall plantings. We decided to take this weekend to rest up a little and continue our planting for fall! See you all next weekend!! On today's edition of "what in the heck are they planting today??"!! Here is a clue! Oklahoma is in the top 10 (ranked 9 for 2025)of most production for this crop in the USA. However, it is not a widely produced crop here in Lincoln County.
