Social Distancing doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy some delicious brew. This is Zaiveza, my version of a Mexican Chocolate Stout. Hints of vanilla, chocolate, pasilla peppers, and coffee. Paying homage to her favorite beer, Stone’s Xocoveza. Cheers and Happy St. Patrick’s Day!!

This turned out better than it looks. I’ve struggled with getting chicken right. The secret was definitely the rotisserie. Grill on!!
