SOUR FEST 2026: THE BATTLE OF THE BREWERS 🍻🍋

The Battle is on!! Sour Fest is officially taking over Chantilly today and tomorrow, June 6th & 7th.

THE CONTENDERS

🦖 Lemonsaurus Rex (Chantilly’s Battle Beer!)
A vibrant lemon sour ale fermented with ridiculous quantities of Lemonade Fest Sour Patch Kids and finished with vanilla soft serve. It’s sweet, it’s tart, and it’s destined for greatness—get it before it goes extinct!

🥧 Grandma Got Run Over Making This Crumble (Burke’s Battle Beer!)
This strawberry and peach crumble-inspired sour ale is conditioned on medium-toasted American oak, vanilla beans, and graham crackers. It’s dessert in a glass and a heavy hitter in this year's lineup.

🐼 Kung Fu Pandan (Lorton’s Battle Beer!)
A tropical knockout featuring passionfruit and goldenberry sour ale conditioned with Pandan. Expect a sweet, aromatic, and slightly nutty flavor profile that closely resembles vanilla.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
🍺Taste: All three unique location sours will be available exclusively at our Chantilly location during Sour Fest.
🗳Vote: Cast your vote at the taproom to help us crown the winning brew team. Pop-up signs will be positioned at the bar. Simply scan the QR code to cast your vote. The winner will be announced on our Socials following the conclusion of the event.

The FAIRFAX 250 can reveal tour continues 🍻✈️

After Great Falls, we’re heading skyward with our Udvar-Hazy design.

A celebration of innovation, exploration, and one of the coolest places in Fairfax County to spend an afternoon.

And while the labels may be different, the beer inside is the same across all four collectible cans: a Hazy IPA double dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Motueka.

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Ono Brewing, Settle Down Easy, Lake Anne Brew House, Hawkley Brewing, Fair Winds Brewing Co., and G34.3 Brewing Co., this beer celebrates the diversity of Fairfax County. The hop selection was carefully chosen to reflect ingredients with roots and influence from around the world, coming together in one uniquely local collaboration.

When asked if she’s nervous about the competition, Sasha’s not losing sleep over it.

“No nerves, just pride. We’ve got a great creative team and this has been lots of fun to coordinate.”

One beer. Seven breweries. One county. 🍻

Introducing FAIRFAX 250, a special collaboration Hazy IPA.

For this limited release, we teamed up with the talented brewmasters from Fair Winds, G34.3, Hawkley, Lake Anne Brew House, Ono Brewing, and Settle Down Easy to create a beer that reflects the diversity and spirit of Fairfax County.

The can art is just as special as the beer. Each of the four collectible can designs showcases a landmark that helps tell the story of Fairfax County, celebrating the places that make our community unique and memorable.

First up: Great Falls, one of Fairfax County’s most iconic destinations. 🌊

FAIRFAX 250 will make its official debut at Fairfax County Brewfest: 250th Celebration Edition on June 13 at Bunnyman Brewing in Chantilly.

A huge thank you to all of the participating breweries, the Fairfax County 250th Commission, and everyone helping bring this project to life.
