Description: In 2010 De Halve Maan launched Straffe Hendrik Quadrupel, an intense beer, dark in color and full in taste. The aroma is elegant, spicy and slightly roasted. The sophisticated blend of special kinds of malt give the beer a complex character, combining to deliver a beer equal parts delicate and powerful. The refermentation in the bottle creates a living beer that is assured to evolve over the years.

Flavor/Aromatic Profile: Prune, Toasted Orange Zest, Cocoa, Roasted Chestnuts
