Small family farm offering hands on learning experiences about livestock through a variety of activities. We also rescue, rehabilitate & rehome farm animals in need when we're able to. We help fund our farm through donations, selling fresh eggs, selling cups of feed for visitors to give the animals, and some paid events.

Twice a year (at least) we schedule with Brandee’s Mobile Hoof Care to get our piggies taken care of!

A lot goes into the care of pigs- weight management & proper hoof trimming being some of the most important.

Brandee comes through every 3 months. But I have heard there's an apprentice that will be local!

Dona Ana County, NM friends!

I keep these in my horse troughs. They dont need anything special, I dropped a cinderblock in my tanks & thats it. They breed well, I've had them for years!

I am working on a video but for now enjoy the girls eating a cheesecake 🍮

We want to give a big THANK YOU to the El Paso Costco for giving us their old produce they couldnt sell! We have a lot of happy animals! Thank you for thinking of us!

We were also able to share some with some other local farms & neighbors. Im going to tag some of them below, please check them out & give them a follow. Everyone has something to offer & we believe in building a community that helps eachother. So thank you to those that also took some of this off our hands 😅 nothing goes to waste!

The Rusty Pony Ranch Companion Animal Sanctuary & Youth Outreach Center got some for their sheep. They usually offer trail rides & have rescued a ton of dogs.

Dreamwalker Ranch has various livestock. They board horses! They also offer eggs & make amazing sourdough bread. Theyve also rescued many animals.

Falcons Landing Acres, LLC has various critters. They are building a program centered around veterans.

Fourteen41 Homestead came out for stuff for their chickens. They offer eggs & chicks for sale.

Borderland Bugs who we've partnered with many times to teach people about all the creepy crawlies. Shes feeding chickens but also cockroaches!

As well as various friends & neighbors who dont have farms i can tag 😀

Remember, many of us are more than happy to take your old produce for our livestock! Personally my mom freezes a ton of stuff & brings it to me when she comes since she has to travel. Freezing is a great option until you gather enough to take out.

Mumble had to go to the vet yesterday for a booster vaccine. These dogs only leave for vaccines or emergencies.

At 113 pounds this isnt an easy thing; being sick she could easily drag me around. But she doesn't. And we got several compliments about how well behaved she is.

See, I didnt raise her by just throwing her outside with livestock. She was raised in my house & by my side until she was old enough to be spayed & go outside. She protects the animals partly because of instinct but also because she was taught they are important to me. These dogs are incredibly smart & independent, they had to be for the job they were bred to do. Mumble does not leave my property & wander. She is good in the car, on leash & in the house. This is important when it comes to vet care.

Tractor Supply Co. On Alameda in El Paso is not the store I'd recommend.

Went in trying to get a round bale feeder because this is the only location that had these.

Trying to get help was a mess. I asked if there was anything they could do because of the damage. The manager was rude in how he communicated & said he'd only do 10% after we were told 25% off. Needless to say I left without a feeder. I'm not paying that much for something already this damaged.

I've shopped at these stores for many years. We hold stock in the company. I have a great relationship with managers at other locations.

I will NOT be back to this one. Customer isn't always right but Customer service is important.

This is also why its important to consider supporting local owned businesses. I will check if landmark has what I need but if not I will be driving to Roswell for a cheaper one from Big R.

We are heartbroken to share that our beloved donkey, Sushi, has left us very unexpectedly 🪽💔🌈🫏

From seeing a Facebook post & a friend saying lets go to a broken pelvis and everything in between we have loved this girl for almost 9 years. There is a giant hole in our hearts where she belongs.

We don't know how old Sushi was when we picked her up. We dont know much history on her. But we have never regretted it for one second. She made us laugh & filled our lives with joy. We will miss her talking to us every morning & evening.

We love you Sushi!
