Our Tamopan Persimmon trees have outdone themselves once again! They are like the Hachiya variety~ rather than the typical Fuyus. Delicious to scoop the pulp and eat directly or puree for breads, cookies, jams, and puddings! Have you ever eaten a Persimmon??
