It's so relaxing working through each bussle and watching the jar fill up. 🧘‍♀️💜
Hopefully I can carry this into the weekend! I need all the zen I can get to clean up these muddy runs!

So....I learned a new lesson today, the hard way.
Always check the top rated temp for baking parchment....
Had no clue mine only went up to 475° 🤦‍♀️
Had to cut the whole bottom layer off this loaf so there would be no parchment bread for us to eat. 🤣😭
Rest of the loaf is absolutely perfect. Shape. Texture. But I had to butcher it because I didn't check the fine print. 🙃
Welp, you live, you make mistakes and you learn.
Got another loaf going in shortly only on a silicone wrap with NO parchment paper!! Will post an update on that one when I get there.
