Choose your fighter — beer brat made with our beer by KK or jumbo all beef hot dog — then build it your way:

🚂 The Railway — Housemade kimchi, watermelon teriyaki, gouda, sesame aioli, chives
🌴 The Day Off — Stracciatella, pickled red onions, candied jalapeños, Fresno aioli, ranch, chives
💼 The CEO — Lobster, saffron-pepper aioli, pickled celery + fennel + red onions (add a caviar bump if you’re feeling CEO status)
