This was worded too perfectly not to share👏🏼

Hornyak Farms was rooted in our pick-your-own peach operation and has grown to include corn, soybeans, and our favorite time of year, Fall Fest.

Farmer Evan takes care of the corn and beans while also helping in the orchard. It’s been a tough year. Prices haven’t moved, costs keep rising, and Mother Nature didn’t give us a peach crop for 2025.

Farming isn’t easy, but it’s who we are and what we love. Here’s hoping next year is a little kinder.🧡

You know what stinks?? $10 soybeans

AND before anyone starts getting all political about it, soybeans were at $10/bushel last year too.

It’s not just us. It’s not just soybeans. It’s the same story across all AG.

Our friends in Oregon who grow onions are in an even worse situation 😢

It simply doesn’t make sense to farm anymore.

Inputs, land and equipment are at an all time high, but the product stays the same or is worth less 🤯 .

Farming downright sucks right now and I don’t say this to complain, but to raise awareness.

If you know a farmer, check on them & say a prayer for them. Something’s got to give.

🚒🔥 No fire here, we promise!

There was a brush fire across the street today, and firefighters used Hornyak Farms as the closest landmark. Everything is completely fine on our end and the farm is safe.

We’ll be open starting Friday and all weekend for Fall Fest fun 🍂🎃 Come enjoy hayrides, pig races, and donuts, and thank a firefighter if you see one 👨‍🚒💛
