Preparations are underway for the all-night outdoor grill that will turn pork and turkeys into the most delicious smoked meats you've ever tasted! A bit of before and after here--this week's woodpile, waiting to fuel the flames, and last year's charcoal barrels and final grill under the supervision of farm manager and barbecue master Eric Garcia!
