We’ve been working on these for a while, and they’re finally coming. 🇨🇴

Mango. Guava. Tangerine. Passion Fruit & Orange. And a seasonal Pumpkin Spice.

Each one is completely different.

These coffees go through long fermentation and processing with real fruit and carefully selected ingredients, creating flavors you can actually recognize when you drink them.

If you’ve always thought coffee just tastes like… coffee, these might change your mind.

Because not all coffee tastes the same. And we can’t wait for you to taste just how different it can be.

Our co-fermented coffees are almost here. 🇨🇴

Soon, we’ll be introducing our limited releases co-fermented coffees, flown directly from Colombia.

But before they arrive, we want you to meet one of the people behind them.

Lucho, our coffee grower in Timaná, Huila, has spent long days carefully fermenting and processing these coffees, working through unpredictable weather and selecting the best fruit for each lot.

More than anything, we’re grateful for his willingness to explore with us. To try new ideas, experiment with different fruits and fermentation processes, and keep pushing to see what we can create together.

These coffees take time, patience and a lot of work.

Gracias, cafeespecialtiojorgy , por embarcarte en esta experiencia con nosotros 🇨🇴☕️

Now we wait for them to arrive from Huila.

Stay tuned. You’ll get to taste what we’ve been working on very soon! 🫶🏻

Most people hear “freshly roasted” and assume that’s what makes great coffee.
The truth is, quality starts long before the roast.

Every step matters, from selecting the beans by density and removing lower-quality beans to roasting, packaging, and preparing the coffee for export. Roasting can highlight quality, but it can’t create it.
That’s why we believe the work done at origin is just as important as the roast itself.

From Huila, Colombia to Spring Valley Farm & Orchard .

Juanita’s Coffee. The pleasure of drinking real coffee.

We’ve been working on something we’ve never brought before. Over the next few weeks, we’re taking you behind the scenes as we visit farms, meet the producers, and show you exactly how these coffees are created. Our goal isn’t just to bring you exceptional Colombian coffee, but to help you understand what makes it exceptional. Stay with us… this is just the beginning. 🙏🏻💕

Home isn’t always a place. Sometimes it’s a song, a flag, a traditional dress… or seeing someone represent your country with their whole heart.

As Colombians, watching Miss Colombia Dayanna Jiménez proudly carry our culture onto that stage was deeply emotional. Being part of her journey as a sponsor made that moment even more meaningful.

But our hearts were big enough for two. Miss Venezuela Marieu Rojas , your grace, strength, and love for your country were impossible not to admire. We found ourselves celebrating every moment you both stepped onto that stage.

For one night, Colombia and Venezuela reminded us of something beautiful: our stories, our traditions, and our people deserve to be celebrated. More than crowns, we saw passion, resilience, and women who honored where they came from.

Thank you both for making us feel closer to home. 🇨🇴❤️🇻🇪

Meet Ancisar, the hands behind your Bushel & Peck House Blend.

Bushel & Peck shares the same values that brought Juanita’s Coffee to life: knowing where our products come from, honoring the people behind them, and bringing something truly meaningful to our community.

That is why this blend was not simply selected for them. It was crafted in Colombia especially for Bushel & Peck and for the people they serve here in Charles Town.

It connects two places we deeply care about: the farms of Huila, where our growers dedicate their lives to producing exceptional coffee, and our community here, where Bushel & Peck has chosen to share their work with intention and pride.

This is more than a coffee partnership. It is a direct connection between the people who grow it and the people who drink it.

So the next time you stop by Bushel & Peck, we invite you to enjoy a true Colombian tintico, flown directly from Huila and harvested by Ancisar and his family. 🇨🇴☕️

Good coffee creates connections. Great partnerships create opportunities.
Grateful to Bushel & Peck for being the first to support Juanita’s Coffee in Charles Town and proud to create something exclusively for our community. Because we believe our community deserves the very best coffee Colombia has to offer. 🇨🇴☕️

Honored to share the story behind Juanita’s Coffee with COSALVA

What started as a search for the true taste of Colombian coffee became a mission to bring specialty coffee directly from the farms of Huila, Colombia, to our community here in the United States.

This conversation was about more than coffee. It was about culture, community, Latina entrepreneurship, and the power of women building something meaningful.

A special thank you to Gloria Martinez and her incredible team for being so welcoming and phenomenal throughout this experience. We are grateful for the opportunity to share our journey and represent Colombian coffee and entrepreneurship.
