Got some stellar enoki on the harvest table today. I’ve been neglecting this strain while working on optimizing the trumpet mushroom. I have it yielding big and fruiting on the correct time schedule. Making some good moves on it. Maitake is the next and final piece on the board. Those are doing well of course but I need it more precise in timing and yield as well. Made some important breakthroughs on that recently but will take a few more weeks to show up in the chamber and on this page too haha. Thanks for keeping up with me. It is nice to share the progress and hard work on here

King trumpets are quickly becoming the favorite amongst our restaurants. This is about as good as a batch gets. Dense pin sets equals a big yield. Great way to start the morning off over here. Kings gave us the most trouble this year but now we can get them mature in a week once we plant! I spent so much time and money this year trying to getting to this point with them. Really enjoying the fruits of our labor over here now!

Just whipped up a fresh new batch of Reishi. All our extracts are made in house. The mushrooms we grow for them are USDA certified. We take the time to do it ourselves bringing you small batch quality with effective doses. We do a 1:4 soak ratio for our blend. I wouldn’t trust an extract or supplement with more than 3 types of mushrooms in it. It’s too hard to get an effective dose when there are so many types in a small serving. I only do one mushroom per extract, I want you to get the mushrooms you’re paying for! We only use the fruiting body for them as well. These benefits from the reishi can mostly be found through the alcohol soluble compounds, specifically Ganoderic acid! Reishi helps you stay cultured Staying cultured keeps you calm and sleeping well for better recovery!

Trumpet and maitake harvest today We grow 7 varieties of mushrooms Maitake used to be the hardest now I’d say trumpet has presented the most issues. Fingers crossed we got this thing where we want it. Yields and morphology are the name of the game. An early harvest preserves the product. We’re doing our best to bring you the best each and every day. I’m here 7 days a week making sure my chefs and market patrons get the highest and best quality I can do!

We are the only local maitake purveyors in town. Large high quality clusters, full beautiful fronds . These are great maitake, one of the most flavorful mushrooms full of medicinal benefits as well!
